Conversion Adapter Transfer Case Adapter Kit GM NV4500 Transmission To Toyota Landcruiser Transfer Case 10 Spline Short Style
The GM NV4500 adapter to the Land Cruiser 10 spline transfer case is 5.875" in length. And the overall length of the transmission and adapter is 18.250". Adapter material is 356 T6 heat treated aluminum alloy. The adapter has a provision for our heavy duty transmission mount. The adapter kit includes adapter housing, 10 spline spud shaft with 31 spline internal, sealed bearing, set collar, gasket, nylon nut, fastening hardware, and adapter instructions.
Transfer Case
This adapter assembly fits 1963-73 10 spline transfer cases. The drive gear has 10 internal splines and a diameter of 1.375". There cases are equipped with a vacuum style shifter. Additional information can be obtained in our Land Cruiser Conversion Manual, TLC001.
Transmission
The adapter kit is designed for exclusive use with a GM NV4500 4WD transmission. Our adapter assembly requires the stock output shaft to be cut to the proper stick out length to couple to our spud shaft.
Options
