  • Total retail Purchase of $200.00 to $499.99 = $20 Rebate Check

  • Total retail Purchase of $1,000.00 to $1,499.99 = $100 Rebate Check
  • Total retail Purchase of $1,500.00 to $1,999.99 = $150 Rebate Check

• Only one of the above entries is applicable for each retail transaction.
