However, we may use the information that you provide to notify you of sales, special offers, land use information or off road events in the Tellico OHV area. If you don't want to receive this information, all you have to do is let us know and you'll be immediately removed from our mailing list. Methods of Payment
When you purchase truck parts, Jeep parts, 4x4 accessories or anything else available on our site, the following methods of payment are accepted:

Credit Cards - We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. When paying with a credit card, the billing information on your order form must match the billing information on record with your credit card company. For your safety, we also require the three digit security code located on the back of your credit card in the signature area.

Checks - Cashier's checks, certified checks, money orders, personal checks and wire transfers are all accepted. Orders paid by personal checks will be held for 14 days for the check to be cleared by the bank. Personal checks must have your name, address, phone number, check number and bank name imprinted on the check. Personal checks with a PO Box for the address will not be accepted. Please also include your current address (if different from check) phone number, and current driver's license number and state. All orders for over $500.00 must be paid by credit card, money order or cashier's check only. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH.

Paypal - We accept Paypal Payments. Through PayPal, we are also able to accept e-Check payments.

C.O.D. - Sorry, but we do not accept C.O.D. orders.

Sales Tax
Orders shipped to an address in Alabama will be charged a 5% Sales Tax. California residents who receive a drop shipment from one of our vendors that is also located in California, will also be charged the appropriate sales tax rate for their location.
Order Processing

If you have provided a correct email address, you will receive email updates regarding the status of your order. This status is also available by signing into your account and viewing the account history page.

Processing - Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing. The actual time depends on items ordered and when you placed the order.

Shipped - In order to expedite your delivery, truck parts, Jeep parts, 4x4 accessories and other products may be shipped in multiple boxes from different warehouse centers located throughout the U.S. There are no additional shipping charges for this service. To track your packages, please see the tracking section below and key in your tracking number in the appropriate section. Please note: Tracking numbers are assigned to packages prior to package pickup. Tracking information may not be available until the package has been picked up by the carrier and goes through their scanning process.

Backordered - There may be an occurrence where we are not able to ship an order complete at a given time. Completed details for backordered items are below.

Canceled - Per your request, certain items may be canceled. Credits are processed on Fridays and your credit card account will be credited at that time. The length of time that a credit takes to show up on your account varies between credit card companies and banks.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

To calculate shipping charges for an order, please use the charts below. Shipping charges are for the United States only.

Orders received by 11:00 CST for in stock items, usually ship within the next business day.  Normal ground delivery can be from 5 to 10 business days.   Special orders an truck shipments can take approximately 2 to 6 weeks for delivery depending on the items ordered.  Please note: Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not considered business days.

In order to expedite your delivery, truck parts, Jeep parts, 4x4 accessories and other products may ship in multiple boxes from different warehouse centers located around the country.  There is no additional charge for this service to you.

Expedited shipping charges will show in your shopping cart after you have either created your account or logged in to your account.   Any other shipping rates can be obtained by sending us an E-Mail with the part number(s) and your mailing address including postal code or you may call 256-757-5840 Option 4.

Winches, lift kits, roof racks, wheels and other overmax items cannot be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.

Delivery Services:
Normal ground delivery is via UPS or FedEx, however some small items may be shipped by the Postal Service within the 48 contiguous United States.  FedEx and UPS will no longer deliver to APO and FPO addresses. As long as FedEx and UPS have delivery to these locations suspended, we will not be able to process orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses.  Winches will not be shipped outside the continental 48 states.

Warranty Policy

THE PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING THE SUITABILITY OF ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED. Any item used for an application other than its original design, and/or any modification to product voids all warranties. Purchaser understands and recognizes that four wheel drive parts and off road equipment sold by Distributor are subject to varied conditions and applications due to the manner in which they are installed and used.

All parts are covered only by the Manufacturers Warranties and/or Guarantees. Tellico 4x4 assumes no responsibility for use or application by the end user, and hereby disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and neither authorizes any other person to assume for it any consequential damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, mechanic and/or shop fees, towing, car rental, loss of profits, loss of income, or any other incidental damage. We do not pay any of the shipping or freight charges associated with returning a warranty claim, they are the responsibility of the end user. If you request that a replacement part be sent before the warranty claim is resolved, your credit card will be charged for the amount of product plus associated shipping or freight charges.

Purchaser further recognizes and agrees that suitability of any part sold for a particular application is the purchaser's decision and that the purchaser is not relying on the skill or judgment of Distributor regarding suitability of any product. Purchaser is solely responsible for determining suitability for all items ordered, even if they request the assistance of our sales team.

All Transmission Parts from Portland, OR provide all of our rebuilt NV4500's. Warranty is in accordance with All Transmission Parts Warranty as shown below.

PLEASE READ BEFORE INSTALLATION

All Transmission Parts warranty is eighteen months or 18,000 miles from the date of purchase to the original purchaser.

Should there be a problem with a unit, All Transmission Parts, upon reciept and inspection, will either send a replacement transmission or repair the defective one, whichever they choose.

All Transmission Parts is not responsible for the consequential damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, mechanic and/or shop fees, towing, car rental, loss of profits, loss of income, or any other incidental damage.

1. All units are shipped dry. Please refer to owner's manual or dealer specification for proper lube. Warranty is void if incorrect lube is used. If you have any questions, please call All Transmission Parts (800-237-8601 or 503-286-2200).

2. Warranty on rebuilt units will be void if the unit is returned “burned up”, or modified in any way. It is the customers' responsibility to be aware of leaks and get them taken care of before melt down occurs.

3. Rebuilt units with broken gears are covered under warranty if it looks as though they were defective in some way, or if the unit was assembled improperly. Units with broken gears due to abuse are not covered under warranty.

4. Warranty unit must be returned and inspected by All Transmission Parts before warranty claim can be resolved.

Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your parts, accessories or any other products purchased, simply return the new, unused product, including all instructions, documentation and small parts in its original packaging (see Return Process below). Special or custom orders, all electrical items, body parts (see below), videos and publications are non-returnable. Any product that has been assembled, modified or installed cannot be returned unless you are making a manufacturer’s warranty claim (See Warranty Policy above). Credit will not be issued for any product, shipping, or freight charges, if shipment is refused by customer. If you request that a replacement part be sent before the return claim(s) are resolved, your credit card will be charged for the amount of product plus associated shipping or freight charges.

Please realize that you are responsible when you order the wrong part, change your mind, or have other obvious ordering errors. Even in these instances, we will work to accommodate you. In order to avoid charging the expense of this return procedure to all our customers (i.e., higher prices), we do ask that your decision to return be made promptly to insure "no hassle" for you or for us. To insure that everyone is treated fairly, no exceptions can be allowed. Our goal is to make the process as easy as possible. Please follow the simple steps below should a return be necessary

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

To begin the return process, you must first go to the RGA Request Form and complete it.

  • Request RGA 1-10 days after delivery: Return the item for a full refund, less shipping. Shipping costs are not refunded or credited.
  • Request RGA 11-30 days after delivery: In-store credit only, less a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refunded or credited.

You must begin the Returns process within thirty (30) days of delivery. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS. You will receive Return Goods Authorization (RGA) information via email within two (2) business days. Follow the instructions supplied in your email for returning your items(s). The RGA Number shall be written on the package near the return address. (Any item returned without an RGA Number cannot be accepted, and the return shipment will be refused).

The returned item must be received by us within 10 days from the date the RGA number is issued. Packages should be returned with some type of "delivery confirmation" option that requires us to sign for the receipt of your package. This protects your interest by requiring us to document "package received" and "date received" to a third party. If you are not sure that your package will arrive back to us in time, you may choose to expedite the shipping of the return package. All items returned past 10 days of issuance of the RGA will incur the 25% restocking fee.

Items must be in original package, must not have been installed or modified, and must contain all manufacturer's documentation and all small parts, securely packaged. Returns that don't comply with any of these will either be refused or the 25% restocking fee will be applied.

“Free Shipping Returns” – items returned that were purchased during Free Shipping promotions will be refunded in accordance with our normal return policy, less what the original outbound shipping cost would have been.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If you are to receive a refund: Once we receive confirmation from the warehouse that your returned item was received, inspected and found to be in good resalable condition, you will receive a refund.

If you are exchanging:  Some people opt to go ahead and pay to order their replacement part and then return their original part separately for a refund in order to receive your replacement faster.  However, if you would rather exchange, once we receive confirmation from the warehouse that your returned item was received in good resalable condition, you will receive an in-store credit. This in-store credit can be used toward the purchase of a replacement part, unless other arrangements for an automatic exchange have been made. 

Please note that we do not pay any of the shipping charges involved in returning goods, and/or warranty claims, unless the error was made by us. However, upon receipt and inspection by us of the returned item, if it is determined that we are in error, the cost of returning the product (not to exceed the original cost of shipping the product to you) will be credited to your credit card. A receipt of this freight charge will be required to accurately apply this to your account. Expedited shipping charges beyond normal ground delivery including but not limited to 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are non-refundable. On exchange of defective products or replacement as a consequence of our error, We will pay for ground shipping on the outbound replacement product only.

Body kits, body tubs, windshield frames, fenders, body parts (hoods, side and floor panels, etc.) and hard tops are sold "AS IS" by Tellico4x4.com. These types of merchandise cannot be returned for credit. Body tubs are assembled and are covered with an anti rust protection. Final alignment, fitment, priming and painting are the responsibility of the end user.

Damaged Shipments

It is your repsonsibility to check and verify parts for soundness of condition. All shipments of truck parts, Jeep parts, 4x4 accessories or any other products should be inspected at time of delivery.

DAMAGED PACKAGES POLICY:
Packages that have obvious damage should be refused and will returned back to us by the carrier (except body parts such as body tubs, body kits, windshield frames, hoods, fenders, body panels and hard tops - see below for information about these parts). If, you accept the package and upon inspection of the parts, you find damage, you then have 48 hours to file a formal claim with the carrier. DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED PARTS TO US. keep the package and parts as close as possible to the condition in which you received them. Without the package, the carrier will void your claim. Claims for shortages due to carrier negligence must be made within five (5) working of receipt of merchandise. Please call the following numbers to report damaged shipment: UPS: 800-PICK-UPS; Fed Ex: 800-GO-FEDEX; Truck Freight, the phone number listed on the carrier's bill of lading.

DAMAGED BODY PARTS POLICY:
Any damage to body tubs, body kits, windshield frames, fenders, body panels and hard tops MUST be noted at the time of delivery or no claims will be honored.  We are only able to assist you in filing shipping claims if damage has been noted with the shipping agent at the time of delivery.   Please call the following numbers to report damaged shipment: UPS: 800-PICK-UPS; Fed Ex: 800-GO-FEDEX; Truck Freight, the phone number listed on the carrier's bill of lading.

Backordered Products

While we strive to keep our web site updated on out of stock items, there may be an occasion where truck parts, Jeep parts, 4x4 accessories or other product that you order is not in stock. You will be notified by email or by phone if this happens. The out of stock items will be, by default, placed on pending status. As soon as the item is restocked, that item will be shipped. You are welcome to cancel the order while on pending if you do not want to wait for the product(s). Please read cancellation policy below. This does not apply to Special or Custom Orders.

Order Cancellation & Modifications
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please do so by email or by telephoning us at 256-757-5840, Ext. 109. Orders and modifications can be made up until the time that processing is complete. If the item(s) have already shipped, the normal return policy applies. This does not apply to custom or special orders.
Special and Custom Orders
Special & Custom Orders will require payment in advance and are non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to, Atlas Transfer Cases, NV4500 Transmissions, Custom Tom Woods driveshafts, custom built axle assemblies by Currie and Dynatrac, Spyder Industries products, any orders that are shipped to a freight forwarder, and/or Canadian or Mexican orders that are shipped to a US address to be "picked up". "Payment in advance" is to mean a money order or cashiers check received, or credit card charged at time order is placed.
