Q: When does my 12 months begin and end?
A: Your twelve months are the twelve months before the date of each new purchase that you make. Every time you place an order with us, our system will look at your activity over the 12 months prior to that particular purchase and base your discount on those purchases. You will keep earning your discount on every order as long as your purchases over the twelve months prior qualify.
Q: How much is my discount?
A: The discount gradually increases with the amount that you have purchased. If you have spent at least $2000, your discount will be 2% off of your purchases. If you have spent at least $5000, your discount will be 5%. Perhaps this chart will help:

Q: What kind of information do I need to submit in order to receive my discount?
A: Absolutely nothing. Your purchase history is saved in our system, and it will automatically calculate the discount for you. If you qualify, you can see your savings when you view your shopping cart as long as you are logged in to your account. Below your items, you will see your shipping estimate and your order total estimate. If your purchase qualifies, there will be a discount displayed in your order total estimate. You will also see it on the last page of the checkout process before your confirm your order.
